You don’t need to remove your resource from your site, shop, or anywhere else. The point is simply that during the bundle timeframe, if you promote that specific freebie/resource, the promotion should lead people into the bundle — not to your individual opt-in or shop link.
This way, all contributors point traffic into the bundle, which keeps the collaboration valuable and fair for everyone. Once the bundle ends, of course, you can promote your resource however you like.

I’m on all contributors’ email lists because I test every resource and check that promo emails are actually going out. If I see zero promo happening (minimum one email per week), you’re out of the bundle on the spot — VIP or not — and blacklisted from future ones. Simple. Fair. And fair to everyone who actually promotes to their list.
NO List Size Requirement!
Yes, there is no list size requirement — but let’s be real:
Contributors with bigger lists have spent months & years (and plenty of time, sweat & of course money) building their lists.
So if your email list is still quite small and you can't bring much traffic in (< 250), then please understand you’ll need to join as a 'Gold' or 'Silver' VIP Contributor (details about that & the awesome privileges that gives you are above on this page). That’s how we keep the playing field balanced for everyone involved. Please do not apply if you don’t agree.
⚠️ And yes, you will be asked about the size of your email list in the submission form! BE HONEST!
Every contributor gets their own tracking link, so clicks and sign-ups are fully transparent. These numbers will be shown regularly during the bundle in a leaderboard (to help everyone see where they stand and where to improve). The leaderboard is shared with every contributor via email and in the Facebook Messenger chat (clicks + sign-ups from everyone).
So if your numbers don’t match what you’ve stated in your submission (aka you claimed a 2k list but delivered only 3 sign-ups), you’ll be removed from the bundle and blacklisted from future ones. We keep it fair here — everyone pulls their weight.

2. Who can apply to be a contributor?
Any business owner, coach, consultant, service provider, or creator with a high-value resource that fits the bundle theme.
3. What kind of resources/lead magnets/freebies are accepted?
Ebooks, pdf-downloads, templates, checklists, toolkits, trainings, mini-courses, workshops, swipe files, quizzes etc. — as long as it’s valuable and connected to the theme — check details on the page above.
4. How many contributors will be in each bundle?
I'm aiming for app. 30-50. Enough to make it attractive, but not so many that your freebie gets lost in the crowd.
5. What’s the benefit for me as a contributor?
Visibility, list growth, and networking. You get in front of new audiences without spending on ads, and you connect with other contributors along the way.
6. Do I keep the email addresses of people who sign up for my resource?

11. How do you make sure contributors actually promote?
Look, we are all adults, right? So we keep it real. There’s a kick-off call, a group chat during the live run, and promo materials handed to you on a plate. If someone thinks they can ghost, they won’t be invited back.
12. Will there be overlap with similar freebies?
I keep an eye on that. A little crossover is fine, but if two offers are nearly identical, I’ll only take one. The goal is variety.
13. How long will each bundle be live?
Usually about 10 to 14 days. Enough time to get traction, not so long that momentum dies.
